These terms are a legal agreement between you and the developer of Propel ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Propel.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Propel on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the app or any part of it.
You own the proposals, quotes and other documents you create with Propel. You are responsible for the information you enter and for making sure you have the right to use it. You also agree not to use the app to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory or infringes someone else's rights.
Propel uses artificial intelligence to draft documents. Generated text may contain errors, omissions or statements that don't fit your situation. It is provided as a starting point, not as professional, legal or financial advice. Always review a document before sending it to a client. You are solely responsible for what you send.
You agree not to abuse the service, including by attempting to bypass purchase checks, overloading or interfering with the AI generation service, or using automated tools to access the app.
The app, its design, templates, code and branding belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the license above, no rights are granted to you.
Propel is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated documents will win you work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. You can stop using Propel at any time by deleting the app. Sections 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 11 survive termination.
This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. Where these terms conflict with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Apple's terms apply to the extent of the conflict.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
