This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Nutshell ("the App", "we", "us") governing your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement and the app store's terms.

You are responsible for the video links and content you submit to the App. You must have the right to access and process any content you provide. The App generates AI-based summaries of publicly available video content; you are responsible for how you use those summaries and for complying with YouTube's and any content owner's terms.
The App may offer paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Payment is charged to your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings. Prices and terms are shown at the point of purchase.
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you a license to use the App, not ownership of it.
Summaries are generated using automated AI systems and may contain inaccuracies or omissions. They are provided for convenience and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for the original content or professional advice.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that summaries will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under it will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
