End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Propel ("we", "us") and governs your use of the Propel mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with this Agreement and the usage rules of the app store from which you downloaded it.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Use the App to violate any law or infringe the rights of others;
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's services;
• Use the App to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the proposals and other content you create with the App. You are responsible for the content you provide and for reviewing anything you send to clients or third parties.

5. AI-generated content

The App uses artificial intelligence to help draft and improve proposals. AI output may contain inaccuracies, and it is provided as a starting point, not professional, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before using it.

6. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store account settings.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may change with notice for future periods.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the App. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

11. Third-party terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce it against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Your use of the App must also comply with the applicable app store's terms of service.

12. Changes to this agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
