End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and LegalDraft AI for the use of our mobile application.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the LegalDraft AI application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer your license to another person

3. Intellectual Property

The app and all content, features, and functionality are owned by LegalDraft AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Disclaimer

The app provides AI-generated legal document templates for informational purposes only. The content does not constitute legal advice. We recommend consulting a qualified attorney for specific legal matters.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalDraft AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

6. Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement.

8. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
